What is a story map?

A personalized artwork connecting meaningful places with names, dates and milestone captions.

What can I personalize?

Your title, names, locations, dates, event captions and dedication. You can also share layout preferences and special requests.

How do the editions differ?

Basic uses an internal frame to create visible depth and clean edges without an outer decorative frame. It is our first-launch focus. Premium is a framed edition available after its materials and delivery are confirmed. Deluxe is a multi-layer wood commission quoted individually by size and destination.

Can I order now?

Ordering and prices are not yet available. We are testing final materials, protective packaging, packed dimensions and delivery routes. You can contact us to discuss a story or request a Deluxe quote.

Will I see the design before it is made?

Yes. You will review a digital proof carefully, including spelling, dates and locations. Production begins only after your approval.

How will shipping work?

Available destinations and delivery costs depend on the edition, packed size and destination. We will confirm the production schedule, tracked delivery option and shipping charge before payment.

Can I request changes or cancel?

Contact us as early as possible. Personalized items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind after approval and production, where permitted by law. Damaged, defective or incorrect items will be assessed for an appropriate remedy. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
