Can I make changes to the design?
You review a design proof before production. We agree on the revision scope when confirming your request.
What do I need to send?
Start with a theme and your contact details. Later, we will collect names, places, dates and any photographs needed for your chosen style.
How long will it take?
Production and delivery estimates are confirmed separately for your destination before payment. A requested arrival date is not a delivery guarantee.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and take clear photographs. Contact us with your order details so we can assess the issue and explain the available solution.
